If you select free pick up we will email you once your order is ready and let you know the address and work with you to figure out a time for you to pick up.

All packages are sent via NZ Post. You can select from the following shipping methods at checkout:
New Zealand orders:
Urban Postage (tracking included) NZ$4.50
Rural Postage (tracking included) NZ$8.80
Urban Glass/es or Gift Box Postage (tracking included) NZ$7.50
Rural Glass/es or Gift Box Postage (tracking included) NZ$12.50
FREE local pickup - We will contact you directly once your order is ready
International orders:
Urban Australia Postage (tracking included) NZ$11.90
For international orders that are not included above, please contact us to provide you with a quote for shipping costs, based on your location.
Once packages have been lodged with NZ Post, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. We do our best to package your items so that they are not damaged during the postage process.
Please note, we will also not be held responsible for any delays cause by NZ Post. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email which provides all the tracking details for your package.
