Returns & Refund Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on items due to changing your mind or improper use of products. If your item arrives and is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival and we will replace the item for you.  All items being returned must be in original, unused condition. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item. All accidental damage is not covered by us once it has left our hands. Custom orders are not available for return.
